THE METHOD

When we wake up early in the morning.                                            1) Complete physical morning works.                                            2)Focus at the eyebrow center.Inhale and Exhale deeply nine times.Relax with each exhalation.See the entire body mentally.                                      3)Chant the Mantra OM nine times.Concentrating on the Vibration.Feel it creating an energy field around the body.         4)Make a Sankalpa for physical health and Mental well-being,and chantGAYATRI MANTRA at least eighteenth times.                                             5)Make a Sankalpa for WISDOM, INNER CLARITY and INTUITIVE KNOWLEDGE, and chant OM NAMAH SHIVAY. eighteenth times.                                           6)Make a Sankalpa for overcoming DISTRESS in life.Experiencing PEACE and HARMONY and chant DURGA MANTRA  OM SHRI DURGAYA NAMAH.                                        7)Take nine times deep breaths in and out,and relax.                      8)With the awareness at the eyebrow center chant the Mantra OM nine times.                   9)We may begin our daily routine
