EMOTION

Our emotions play very important to respond any situations. Emotions are the indicative of the meaning and significance we attach to events in our life.Dutch psychologist Nico Frijda described,"The law of the lightest load"thus ,whenever a situation can be viewed in alternative ways ,a tendency exists to view it in a way that minimise negative emotional load to which the situation is painful and hard to endure. In other words we attempt to put a positive spin on setback, disappointments and failures to allow ourselves to keep moving forward. So long as this restores our faith in our abilities make us more forgiving of those around us,this is a worthy subconscious exercise. Sometimes we fall prey to inertia born out of our nurtured illusions. When this happens, a heavier emotional burden awaits us for not having taken the measures in time. And this is why we need to build the edifice of acceptance and empathy on the foundations of this coping mechanism.Seeing the bright side of things is helpful but it is just one milestone on the road to an empathetic consciousness
