Constantly we are hoping that some one else may give us happiness and knowledge,but that is not possible or true.All these come only from within.Our mind at present is weak only because it is disorganized and divided.When through determined and steadfast practice,we gather up our mental forces and focus them,the hidden powers of the universe will be revealed to us.We must not,however,remain content with the lower forms of concentration.These may bring us physical health,prosperity or success,but even after we have acquired all that outer life can give, we shall find that one part of our being still remains unsatisfied.Never will it be satisfied until we awaken to the Reality within us and begin to work for our higher development.Spiritual essence hidden in the heart will know how to solve the riddle of the human existance.After that a such man alone lives happily and fearlessly.Spiritual practice give us positivity in thoughts,our darkness of mind and body will vanish slowly
