Stress,fear,anxiety,guilt,anger and jealousy are the negative emotions that seem to have a definite impact on our health.The mind and body interact to a larger extent than normally imagined.This one of the most reason why we get drained of energy after a mentally exhausting day.Those who are mentally depressed also experience low energy levels.All of this points to the connection between the mind and body.When we experience negative emotions,the brain sends alarm signals throughout the body,producing stress hormones. This raises neurotransmitter,a chemical messanger,levels,which have an impact on our health.Prolonged stress can lead to high cholesterol.diabetes,high blood pressure, cancer,constipation,diarrhoea,ulcers,immune disorders,insomnia,chronic fatigue and host of other condition.We should learn to deal with these problems in a better manner.First we should change our life style.Second practise meditation and pranayam.controlling the mind through the meditation and controlling our breathing through breathing through pranayam.Third think always positive.We must dispose of our negative emotions by making a conscious efforts to block all the negativity and think optimistically
