Thoughts play very important roles to make us healthy. Without happiness life can not be healthy.To achieve that happy frame of mind one has to be free from worries, stress and guilt.Healthy means physical,mental,social...and spiritual.We should remember that self-esteem is a necesssry pre-requisite for balance health.Flow of POSITIVENESS and tranquility within are essential components of
HOLISTIC HEALTH.We should always strive for guilt-free life.If any mistake happened knowingly or unknowingly  accepts and apologize instantly.Instead of letting problems linger for long we must take initiative and deal with them with utmost sincerity in a bid toresolve situations and normalise relations.A mind free of clutter is bound to add that extra radiance to one's health
