Every spiritual aspirant should practise mantra sadhana at the begining of each day.When we sleep at night the mind become s tranquil and passive,like surface of still lake,undisturbed by any agitation or movement.When we wake-up in the morning,mind becomes relaxed.The senses are at peace and there are no mental,emotional or intellectual distractions.Therefore the first impression the mind should receive in the morning mantra.Now in the modern materialistic era everyone is behind money, we imbibe impression about scandals,problems and difficulties.This creates agitation and brings out the negative tendencies in the mind,which remains tense and disturbed throughout the day.It is like throwing a rock into the still water and creating ripples.When the mind is peaceful quiet,sensitive and receptive,positive seeds can be planted in the subconscious. Prayers or Sadhana ormeditation are sankalps or resolutions for physical health and mental well being,for wisdom and inner clarity, and for oveecoming distress in life.By making mantra sadhana the first activity of the day,we will derive courage, inner strength and peace.Our association and relationships will improve.We will grow and find our balance.We will be in control of our life and mind.We must be transparent, purity of our heart and strength of our faith and conviction We should begin the day like this.
