Confidence is one of the most imporant thoughts but Overconfidence is guarantee for failure. It shows immaturity of thoughts. It blocks our understandings.It does not help us to lead success because we are not able see weaknesses.Overconfidence goes without wisdom,blurs out the risk.We must try hard not to be overconfident.When everything goes mindlessly in full force,result lead to defeat.
