BREATHING

We all breath but we do not know how to breath properly. This is because we do not know how to regulate our breath.We breathe autumatically,involuntarily,unconnsciously.We must learn to breathe consciously,properly and rhythmically.Controlling of breatha is known as PRANAYAMA.When we understand how to do this Prana all our impurities will eliminate.It is controlled by thoughts when mind is disturbed or restless, our breathing becomes irregular and we lose our rhythm.As a result,everything is thrown out of balance.After that there is impairment of physical and mental health.When inhaling and exhaling become even creating harmony throughout our entire system.
