RETURNING

A tree is known by its fruit and a man is known by his deeds.Whatsoever we sow that will we reap.God is great and watching every things.What one gives to others is what one get in return.There was a great Saint Basil,"A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds.A good is never lost;He who sows courtesy reaps friendship;he who plants kindness gather love".Similarly if we sow hatred,we reap enemy. And if we sow nothing,we reap nothing.Therefore it is our duty to do always good deeds.It might be possible we will not get fruits immediately but there is no need to worries nature has its own process or phenomena. Nature never spares anyone.Lao Tzu said,"A leader is best when people barely know he exists,when his works done,his aim fulfilled, they will say;we did it ourselves".The consistency on the reform for good deeds never put off despite of any difficulties-infusing hope that this momentum will only carry forward

SELF-RESPECT

We should not lose our self-respect.We should be happy with the way we are.We can not run after someone and keep changing ourselves for others happiness.Because even with all the efforts,there is a slim chance that we will be happy with the new.It is also to note down that we can not make everyone happy.Try being a little selfish.If someone makes us miserable,we have every right to let that person exit from our life.Make people happy who care us and love us for who we are.Spreading  happiness,forgive,care and love.Every night when we go to sleep,walk up to the mirror and give ourselves a big smile.We fulfilled the promise that we made to ourselved:we made ourselves happy today.Do not try changing ourselves for others.By changing ,we mean changing our mindset,values and perspective,and not our bad habits or other behavioural changes.By changing bad habit,we would become a better person.We are talking about those who will change us  from being the person we actually are.

EDUCSTION,INTELLIGENCE

Education is formal mechanism that hones the mind and is one of the process by which we gather new information.Reading,observing and experimenting are other ways by which we also gather information. Intelligence on the other hand,is an inherent trait that involves retaining and applying information, creating a cohesive amalgamation of gathered information of our experiences in the world and forging mental connections with the facts at our disposal.We must provide our children with the means to a great education,but a great mind is one that they will have to build themselves.Intelligence and education are different things.Health is one of the most important part of body.This reminded us of the old adage:A healthy body,a healthy mind.And a healthy body needs regular walk and exercise.But in every situation positive thoughts do as catalyst. Friedrich Nietzsche,from Twilight for the Idol:"All truly great thoughts are conceived while walking".So a daily walk is not only the highway to good health,it also helps us have great idea.

MEANINGFUL

We should live our life meaningfully. We must engage ourselves in constructive works.However well-intentioned thoughts is essential for this purposes. There should be no discriminated feelings in our heart.We should not look oldies as poor things and keeping them entertained and happy,lets find opportunities to make their lives more mesningful and make them sctive citizens of society. Social service is the best prayers what our epics have instructed.Our inspiring thoughts play very importants role in development of society.Set ageism aside and help to needy people physically,mentally and even economically without any returning commercially.

HURDLES

Men face hurdles at the every step if their desire to achieve higher goals.Some people get scared of these hurdles and give up.Such people are cowards.Some people start to some extents after going some distance they come backs after fearing defeat.But third types of people's who never fear to defeat try again and again and at last get success. We have read in childhood the story of Robert Bruce,the king of Scotland.Robert Bruce  was defeated many times by his enemies.During such his defeat,King Bruce hid in cave everyone had left him.Robert Bruce was depressed but at random he saw a Spider trying to make is web.It failed to build a web several times before it managed to get one done.Robert Bruce learnt his lesson from the Spider and decided to give his best shot in the battlefield. He won handsomely.What should we learn?Failure is not failure and also not permanent.We must know honest labour never goes unrewarded.Accepting defeat is real defeat.Mental defeat is the worst among any defeat.We should never  be descouraged by one or two or many unsuccessful attempts.We should move onward with our great efforts for attaining the  objectives of our life.We must keep our mind what Michael Jordon said,"If you are trying to achieve, there will be roadblocks.I've had them;everybody has had them.But obstacles don't have to stop you.If you run into a wall,do not turn around and give up.Figure out how to climb it,go through it,or work around it.And here is what Henry Ford had to say on hurdles:obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.We should not disheartened at unsuccessful step.We should keep faith in God at even the worst situations. And we should believe also that He will help us in our earnest and sincere efforts and He has arranged for greater  success compare where we did not get success. Optimism thoughts is only solution of the Materialistc era.

HUMANITY

Looking at our society we can see the degradation of moral values in most of the people around us.Our society is developing in all spheres of life such as education,sciences, technology, I.T,amenities and facilities etc.But selfishness and exploitation are also increasing side by side by the day. This is really very dangerous for mankind,as a result people forget to protest any misdeed until and unless it happens to us.Such narrow-mindedness is transforming us from real humanbeings to lookalikes.Sometimes it is matter of wonder,what is actually happening?where our concept of humanity gone?We are becoming more and more inhumane day by day.

NATURAL GIFT

Air and water,two essential things nature has provided us free of cost.Life can not be possible on the Earth without these two.Lifeline of all flora and fauna totally depends on air and water. Water is great cleanser that rids us of physical and spiritual impurities.All faiths and rituals start with the help of water.Hindu begin their worship by holding achaman,the secred water ,to set the mind in a receptive mode.In Islam,physical and ritual i.e.tahara is essential before worship.Among chritians,no initiation is possible without water.It is said future third world will be caused by only for water.Life is,as they say,what you can make of it.One of such ' necessary makings' is to give yourself the luxury of stepping out into the lap of nature and mingle with people who are out  there to seek nature's solace.

MYSTICISM

We all of us crave for inner peace.But how can we achieve this universal dream?We can have global peace through mysticism.What is mysticism?It is the study of our own inner mystic self.It is path of discovering who we are,why we are here,whether there is life after death and where we go after this life ends.It is a science of uncovering the greatest mysteries of the universe-GOD and our SOUL.We can realise through the meditation. Self-realization is the goal that can achieve only through knowing Self.Prayer, worship, meditation,honesty, optimism......are the components which must be possessed to know the mysticism.We should begin with our own transformation and persuit of peace.If we find inner peace then mystery of  universe start to open re-open and one by one we will have built a world which can help to realize the truth mystery whose principles rest on peace

BELIEF

When the Budha was about to breathe his last,his disciples began to cry bitterly. They felt like orphans and Budha told them if they still suffered after association with him for decades,it is simply meant that they had not grasped the meaning of his teaching.And then He uttered His last words:Be a light unto yourself.His last words were indicative of a radical approach,which has never been witnessed in the history of -religion. With these words the Enlightened One knoked down the whole edifice of the age-old guru-disciple tradition.It is very unfortunate that even now today we have not realized the significance of awakening our own intelligence and using it to address the fundamental question of life.The four noble truth that the Budha taught about suffering,its cause,its ending and the path that leads to its dissolution. He talked to every humanbeing under the sun and wanted to examine these noble truth individually. We are lucky that His teachings are available to us,but we are also unfortunate that we do not pay enough heed to them,even though the problems that He spoke about are still very relevant.He is one of the greatest iconoclasts the world has ever seen.His words are as relevant today as they were then.

PROMISES

Promise is assurance to someone for simething that is meant to kept.It is say,"Promises are made to be kept".But what is happening in real life,all politician's and reponsible personalities in public life break  promises which they made.It is very sad or pitiable situation.However it hurts us considerably more when someone close to us brraks their promise.One must understand that promises made in a personal  sphere involve a lot of emotions from both ends,and when broken it is very painful to bear,especially for the person at the receiving  end.So it is necessary for all of us to make only those promises that we can keep.Otherwise,we may end up hurting someone who is close to us.But in spiritual world if we are breaking promiese,we are harming more to ourselves in compare to others.And our pure hearts become adulterated and spiritual journey become stop.In the materialistic era values of words or and promises of life become vanished because we have forgotten how to talk heart to heart.Our thoughts, minds and hearts play different direction without any understandings.

Good deed

Saint Basil said,"A tree is known by its fruit;a man is known by his deeds.A good deed is never lost; he who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love."Whatsoever we sow that will we reap.We should do the good deeds.Whatever we give to  others is to what we get in return. Therefore our thoughts must stay on the right path.Right thoughts never go invein.

LOVE AND PEACE

We all need love from birth to death.Love encompasses everything.Through love,it is easy to conquer the heart of any creatures in the universe.Love and acceptance from our near and dear builds confidence within us and assures us smooth sailing in the journey of life.Every creatures need love and peace.We should spread love to not only kith and kin but all creature's to the universe.There is large unrest in the world.We have diverted our sole purpose in life and doing things which is opposite to it.We have changed our path by knowingly and unknowingly that is very dangerous. Without proper goal and purpose,we have become like machines:without emotion and empathy. We are creating problems for ourselves as well as threatening the existence of life.We are so oberved in accumulting material wealth that we have forgotten that these have no use for future generation, they may not have even air and water which are the most essential components for survives. We must wake-up and learn a lesson from various natural disasters.All material possessed are rendered useless.Only love ,care,understsnding and empathetic attitude of the fellow creatures can save the life.Sooner or later we understand this the better it will be.

MISTSKES

Children are innocent in childhood. They are gift of God.Knowingly or unknowingly parents or societies take away Innocency from their children.Mistakes are committed by all.There is no need to worry at all.Animals or birds act as parent.They all give birth to their young ones and feed them.But they let them fly away from the nest on their own.The mistakes the little fledgings make are what will teach them to survive.But the humanbeing tend ti hold on to their kids.That is the main reason humen child unable to grow sufficiently fail to become responsible citizens.They become parasite mentally.They have no their own thoughts.In place of growing individual thoughts,we make them spoonfeeder.We need to give children the space that help them make their place in society.We must help to develop them personality naturally in positive directions.We learn more by mistakes.We trust them enough to take flight and exhibit their roles in this universe.

PRAYER

Prayer is expression of love for Almighty. The most important things to make a prayer effective is that it must come from the core of our heart.Shradha and faith play dynamic positive role.These two elements shradha&faith alive the prayer of anyone's.Quality of prayer is very essential in the path of spirituality.Whatsoever we do the prayer that must be from the core of heart without of that prayer becomes fruitless.An old proverb saying put it rightly,"When men work,they work but when men pray GOD works"Life is very precious and for very short duration so we have to do many duties.We should not be irresponsible towards our duties.An honest prayer show the proper path to achieve the target.It increases our willpower& determination.All negativities will start to vanish and positivities start to take the emptiness.

SSUCCESS

How to analyse a situation and present suitable strategies in a simple and comprehensive manners to diverse group is the toughest job from a planner.Well planning is one of the most important  strategic faculty and only right path to achieve Goal.Without well planning  we can not able to find the path of solution.It is said,"Well planning hAlf done." It is path which so the dream comes to practical form.From managing day-to-day operations to planning is a emergency preparedness play very crucial role.Successful execution is essential for achieving the Goal. UNHEALTHY

An unhealthy mind divided in itself and becomes an easy prey to a host of psychological diseases.Weakened in its constitution, it becomes easily a victim to all vontagions.Modern Psyvhology exhausts volumes in describing to us the dreary results of suppression and repression of emotion.There are many moments in our lives when we knowingly suppress many of our emotion, but more often in our day-to-day life we unconsciously repress many of our sentiments.Repressed emotions release a tremendous amount of dynamic energy which would seek a field for expression, and unless they are properly guided they would,like a boomrang,spin Bock to annihilate the very individual.The cause for  our emotional repression are not far to seek.A great hero,confident of our own strength.Our moto must be "Get up and fight".We should get up and fight the battle of our own life,so that we may exhaust them and thus gain inner purity.

BELIEVE

All humanbeing are equal in the sight of God.All these stark similarities in them -from the cinception to birth,to infancy,boyhood,adulthood,manhood,and finally from old age to the inevitability of death--bear testimony to the fact that our creator is the one and same who has cast us in the dice of varying sizes,no matter whatever name we call HIM.Our egoism,superiority complexes,narcissism and condescending attitude towards our brethren of faiths different from our'.This abysmal plight stemming from violations of divine laws and age-old traditions following the rat race for materialism may be easily wished away.Both the worldly gains and observation of religions may easily co-exist.We can live and let others live peacefully with a sense of perennial closure!MARCUS TULLIUS CICERO has said,"Knowledge which is divorced from justice may be called cunning rather than WISDOM".The negative instincts yoked with low motives will drive the bosom to beget a hundred criminalities and sins.

KNOWLEDGE

.There are many kinds of knowledge that are known to us, contributed by different sciences,can not be called in themselves Knowledge since each of them is limited ~conditioned knowledge".Knowledge of Physics,knowledge ofChemistry,knowledge of Astrology,knowledge of Mathematics....None of them is  knowledge in itself.Self-Knowledge or Self-Realization is perfect knowledge after this no desire of others  knowledge is left.Self-realization emits light with the help of that other kinds of knowledge be known.Therefore ,our nature makes us master men in facing all our challenges in life.It is imprtant that we should learn from our mistakes and get better.We must believe in ourselves.Self-help is the best way to success. There are two ways of learning. First learning by doing Second doing by leaning.We should live life such a way that it inspires others to get up and bounce back.Our life should be transparent and honest whatsoever the problems in our path.We should not back from our path but cultivate right means to achieve the Goal or target.Honest and hard work is always rewarding and durable for ever.

MORALITY

When the general morality of the societies has decayed,blinded by uncontrolled passion, the young men and women start mingling without restraint.And lust knows no logic of better evolution or better culture.There will be thereafter unhealthy intermingling of incompatibke cultural traits.Sin is only a mistake committed by a misunderstood individual ego ,against its own Diviner Nature as the Eteral Soul.To act as the body or the mind or the intellect is not to act up to the responsibilities of a man but  it becomes an attempt  to behave under the instincts of an animal.All those acts performed and motives entertained which create grosser mental  impression and build with them stronger walls between our cognitiin and the Real Divine Spark in ourselves are called Sins.No doubt growing blind in our greed for creating to entire social structure by war.Ambition completely clouds our intelligence and sensibility that it fails to understand the cruelity in annihilating.Just as a lier comes to add new details  each time it narretes the same story.

DISINTEGRATION

Usually our mind is in a state of disintegration and exhaustion due to the daily tussles and competitions and tensions of life-it is pitted and exhausted.Thus when the mind reaches the study-room though it is efficient in the market place it does not prove itself equally efficient to meet the subtle arguments met with in philosophical discussions. The instruments of feeling and understanding need a general cleansing and adjustment.This is  acquired generally by selecting the early part of the dawn for our studies and by the physical preparations such as a bath,the atmosphare of the prayer room and the presence of the revered Guru,etc.The general method of Sadhana,the fire of anxieties and urgency felt to understand the instruments of our feeling and thoughts,but there is yet to come a kind of integration between the mind and the intellect.This fine adjustment is gained by the seeker through prayer.Therefore meditation or prayer is dedicated to register our reverence and express our adortion to the Divine Mother.Thus better qualified Guru can ever  be found to give us a discourse upon the true way of living.The ancient seer had both the mastery in the theoretical science of Religion in Hinduism and also the practical experience of the Supreme.

APPRECIATION

If we are able to identify our weakness and willing to work on it.A habit of any type is addiction.Once we realises that he is unable to live without  whatever it is that we are addicted to,that realization is enough to make us  realise that something is wrong.Now we have addiction problem we can start by controlling ourselves.We should work on managing our craving with contructive strategies.We should learn to say no to things we are not comfortable with.We should pass more time with well-wisher such as parents.We must start  by developing a healthy communication.We must accept our faults immediately without any delay.We should enjoy with endless opportunity.Accepting mistake is virtue.It is said,"Mistake is committed by all humanbeing."Only God never does mistake.Accepting is realising and realising is improving and improving is success.

MINDFULNESS

Practising meditation is very difficult for many at first,the moment we slow down,the mind takes over.The harder we strive to climb our way out of the vortex of thought, the deeper  it seems to suck us in.To surmount this barrier, understanding how the mind is programmed is needed.Psychologists offer the explanation that the pattern of  operation of the mind derive from trying to protect us from harm.The actively intervenes to ensure our negative emotional responses are predictably spurred so that we remain physically unharmed,our threshold for happiness continue to rise.Things that once gave us a great deal of joy and pleasure,lose their power to influence us in the same way as we get used to them.It is indeed a law of human conditioning that pain and fear persist as long as factors stimulating them are not to our satisfaction or make us feel  threatened in some way.If we accept  this dichotomy and choose to live with it.We end up to with a decline in wellbeing as our experience of negative feelings remains poignant and overwhelms our diminishing ability to derive joy from everyday life.So there is no solution to this unfair imbalance?Thankfully there is.We can start by constantly reminding ourselves of everything that is right about our lives.Counting our blessings immediately puts us in a frame of mind that is upbeat.Being in a state of gratitude is bliss4 by itself but beyond that, it is a door that leads to the mindfulness and meditation we seek.

FRIENDSHIP

True friend is next to impossible.Practically  it will be better if we make GOD as a best friend.Others can not fulfills the condition.True friend never cheat.Never wound our trust,never leave you over a petty brawl and never retaluate in a fit of rage.He is the only exception to the proverb that says."A friend to everybody is a friend to nobody."He is available for one and for all at the same time,beyond time and space.We can call him by different names,but his feeling for his children remain the same.We can laugh with Him,talk to Him.What could be better than finding a companion in Him!So it is matter of realization then only start feeling his presence

In any society,its culture is revived and maintained not in same fashion as we bring about some political change in that society.A constitutional change can be easily brought about by a few representatives of the people coming togather and agreeing over certain fundamental principles. A democratic nation today can vote against their existing constitution, when a majority comes to feel in the country,the necessity for some reorientation of their of their political principles. They can bring new type of government into vogue by re-modelling the constitution.But culture is not created, changed or maintained by such rough and ready political method.Cultural experiments were the pre-occupation of our forefathers or ancestOrs and they new that the culture and tradition of each family are the units that decide the total culture and integrity of the whole nation.

CULTURE

In Bharat the sages discovered and initiated a culture that is spiritual and this spiritual culture is maintained and worked out through spiritual practices and,therefore,culture and religion are,to the Hindu,one and the same.Very rarely we find any mention of the term culture as such in our ancient literature.More often we meet with the insistence and mention if the religious practices.Each generation passes down the torch of its culture to its next generation of children,and it is for them to preserve,tend and nourish that torch and hand it over carefully to the future generation.Survivors maintain and continue the cultural purity that they had themselves so labouiously cultivated and inculcated in to the mind of their children.But as a result of slow blooming of the social values of life through generation of careful cultivation,necessarily,we will be  insulting the very labour of our ancestors.In fact the Hindu religion is a technique by which  this spiritual culture can be maintained and worked out in the community.From above explaining we come to know that Dharma is those divine values if life by living which we will be manifesting more and more the essential spiritual being in us.Family Dharma(Kul-Dharma) is thud nothing but the rules of living,,thinking and acting in a united,well-planned family,strictly following which we soon come to learn,in the prayer-room of the homes,how to live as better citizens.

HONESTY

Honesty gets us ever-lasting rewards in the lpng run.No wonder we have these gems from Czech writer Franz Kafka,"Do not bend;do not water it down;do not try to make it logical;do not edit our own soul.According to the fashion.Rather,follow our most intense obsessions mercilessly".Only then we can be person of charecter,capable of facing any challenge in life.When we follow our own soul,we find obstacles turning into challenges and not problems.History reminds us that 'brutally honest'leaders could make a huge impact and reached the greatest heights.A.P.J.Kalam reached the greatest height.And we know that ultimately only honesty and truth will prevail.We would like to say that the only wisdom one needs is to be honest,all others remaining virtues of head and heart find a worthy depository in us.This means the first thing in life is to be scrupulously honest with our-selves in our thoughts and actions.Only by being hinest with ourselves can deal honestly with the rest of the world.Honesty itself works as an alert to be on right side of the many shady ways of life.It propels us to think and act in a manner that we can not do anything but good in life.

DOWNFALLS

UNHEALTHY

Our unhealthy mental weakness drains off our heroism.Lack of self-confidence with a creeping inner sense of growing cowardice play negativity in our thoughts."Desirous of victory do not so much conquere by might and prowess as by truth,compassion, piety and virtue".Therefore knowing the difference between piety and impiety,and understanding what is meant by covetousness and having recourse to only exertion,fight without any arrogance;for victory is certain to be had where there is full righteousness"Before downfall of nation or individual or empire symptoms of internal rupture are generally noticeable and almost all cases a fall of ethical value of existence -as indicated in corruption in office, adulteration in food materials and outrageous indisciplined on the part of the governed-becomes extremely common.When Purity of living and sanctity  of thoughts are destroyed in the individual home-life,the generation that has caused  such a shuttering in ordering for itself and others a melancholy era of hellish sorrows and suffering.

DHARMA

The term Dharma is one of the most intractable terms in Hindu theology.Derived from the root dhar(Dhri) to uphold,sustain,support,the term Dhama denotes that which holds togather the different aspects and qualities of an object into whole.Ordinary, the term Dharma has been translated as religious code,as a system of morality,as duty,as charity.But the original sanskrit term has an individual personality of its own which is not captured by any one of these renderings.Dharma means ,therefore, not merely righteousness or goodness but indicates the essential nature  of any thing without which it can not retain its independent existence.If we are to live  as true dynamic men in the world,we must also live faithful to our true nature,and Epic explain,"to me my Dharma"

YOGA

The world Yoga comes from the root Yuj=to join.Any conscious attempt on the part of individual to lift the present available personality and attune it to a higher and more perfect ideal,is called Yoga, and science of Yoga is cslled Yoga Sastra.Since it is Epilogue,we must correlate with creator.The theme of philosphy and Yoga can not be very attractive to ordinary men of the world because it is so scientific snd it deals with imperceptible ideologies.Mathematics can not  be thrilling reading except  for a mathematician.And mathematics  can very well  afford to ignore those who have no taste  for a mathematics.But religion tries to serve all and no anxiety of all prophets is to serve every one in all generations.

CULTURE

Hinduism is a religion that treats birth and death as a part of the same karmic cycle,celebrating both ritually in the same spaceIf we want to observe a slice of life in all its joys and sorrows, its hopes and triumphs,its pride and pathos.This is the only religion on the earth death day is celebrated.The Ganga is one of the sacred river of the Hindu.In this religion life exists side by side with the melancholy satisfaction that resonates with the departure of a dear one,who has finally,we hope and pray,broken free of the endless rounds of birth and death and attained a higher state,becoming one with the divine.If we believe in reincarnation, one of the central concept of Hinduism,every death carries in itself the seed of another birth,and the possible of doing better this time around on the karmic scales- a karmic do-over,if we will.And so,the wheel of life turns on and on,with its endless rounds of birth,death,rebirth,death,and then,with a bit of luck and lots good karma,the attainment of Moksha.MOKSHA quite literally,liberation or release.A deliverance from the cycle of birth and death as the soul(atma)becomes part of divinity(paramatma).When a soul has finally tallied its debit and credit ledger and arrived at a zero sum that will free it from the dreary dross of earthly matters.We should follow the rules of Dharma,and we will reborn the highest level of achivement.Those who perished having lived an honest,simple,devout life,will get their reward in this world or the next.And that immersing their remains in the holy river will give them a head start on that next journey.
