HAPPINESS

Run hard all our lives in the pursuit of happiness while ignoring the little things that make us happy; the little blessing of our life.Our problems seem like the end of the world to  us.We have redefined the meaning of happiness as the possession of Materialistc things.Each time we face a problems,remind ourselves that we are lucky enough to have this life as many on this earth are fighting for survival.Each time we have meal,think about the people who don't who can't afford two square meals.Each time we enter our room,think of the people who don't have roof over their heads.Each time we feel our parents are a burden,think about orphans.Change our life of perspective towards our life and journey will be more rewarding and exciting to us.There is so much to feel happy about,to smile to be proud of.Live each moment and smile through our worries.It's note the problems but our attitude towards them that matters.Be thankful for this life.Find happiness in the smallest of the things and this will complete pursuit of happiness.

ANGRY

It is natural to get angry.But is it right to do so?This is a question to be debated.What does anger to do a person?When we get angry,the first and foremost change that take pla ce in our body is that our temperature rises,blood runs faster through our veins,our nerve and muscles contract with tension,our otherwise clear eyes turn red with rage,creases appear on our forehead,cheekbones swell upward making our face look pluckered and ugly.Anger makes our mind unreasonable,incapable of taking decisions wisely.It becomes so preoccupied with vengeance,hatred and grudges that we lose peace and calm.Our hormonal activity gets imbalanced disrupting our working and thinking capacity.In fit of rage we may hit or harm someone,sometimes even ourselves.Most sucides are not pre-planned but act performed in haste.It does not mean that we should never get angry at all.That is completly impossible.Ae we have said this is natural instinct.Getting angry once in a while for valid reason is okay.But it is also imperative that we have full control over it and not the way round.The moment one feels anger taking over,one must begin to breathe deeply or count nine.This distracts the mind from the thought that cause anger.Meditation and Prayer also play excellent  ways to curb this destructive emotion or moments.Our anger is our worst enemy.Let us banish it.ALBERT EINSTEIN,"THE TRUE SIGN OF INTELLIGENCE IS NOT KNOWLEDGE BUT IMAGINATION.           THOMAS EDISON ONCE SAID,"I HAVE NOT FAILED,I HAVE FOUND TEN THOUSAND WAYS THAT WON'T WORK".
